Where did my publishing setup go?

I need to change my server due to my ISP. I go to the publishing setup and lo and behold, all information is gone, and I have no way to change it apart from setting up a new instance. Which is a hassle and I really hate that.

What button did you forget to push, when you created a new version?

Will it be fixed?

Hi @KimG

Sorry for any troubles, I haven’t seen that on my end with my publishing settings nor has anybody reported it yet. Can you try closing out of Elements, then navigating back to those settings, making sure to click back and forth a bit to see if the settings will appear?

Thanks for coming back to me so fast.

but hmm very strange, I can reproduce it consistently, but only with this site. With 3 other sites, I get the publishing setup as usual.

It is simply not shown. The two other windows where the information could be are here:

and bookmarks:

The upload works without any problems, so the data is there, just not shown.

I am using CMS on the page, if that makes a difference and am running macOS 27.2 (26B118) on the machine, but as the other sites do not have this problem, I guess there is something that has gone wrong.

I have restarted elements, tried to close and reopen the site, etc. I did not restart the computer yet, though.

Ah ok, seems you are on the Release Candidate then as macOS 27.2 hasn’t publicly launched yet. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.

Also I wonder if it’s something in those publishing settings specifically that is causing the display to blank out like that. If you can pass me the details via DM (you can change your FTPES password if you want for the testing), I can give it a try on my end to see if I can reproduce it.
