Working with Bootstrap

RapidWeaver has some Bootstrap friendly themes. What is the best way to work with adding Bootstrap code to the pages?

Do you use a Styled Text page and add the Bootstrap code?
Do you use an HTML page and add the Bootstrap code?
Which is easier?
What is your workflow?

I’m using RapidWeaver 7.5.5 and I don’t use Stacks.
