I want to reproduce my site in RapidWeaver. It was done for me in WordPress by another company.
Is there a theme that anyone knows that would be the closest to this or should I attempt Foundations?

You could definitely build something like that using Foundation or Foundry but it would also be worth taking a look at https://weaverthemes.com/themes/. I think you might something pre-built there that would do the job.
