Which Theme do you think will be the best to create a site like this:
That almost looks like a site built with Foundation by Joe Workman. I think you could easily do that site with Foundation. I am sure there are other themes that would work as well, but it looks like a great fit for Foundation with some help from the Foundation add-ons by Big White Duck.
