Banner sizing - Need CSS I think?

Hey Everyone,
Im using Strata theme - is there anyway to make it so that the banner is not cropped when expanding the browser size? im using a picture with kids and their heads get cut off

You could try:

#t-band {
    background-position: center top !important;
}

But it is really just a sticky plaster.
