Blogging with Windows

Hi experts!

I am building a RW site with a blog for a friend of mine, he is not a Mac user or even a fan :slight_smile: he does lots of blogging with Weebly. I am aware that there are lots of stacks, plug-ins, CMS, WP plug-in are available for RW and tough to choose the easiest one. So, in this case, which is the best way to implement so he can blog from outside RW and outside Mac too.
