Is there any reason to NOT enable cache-busting links in RW?

In older versions there were problems.

The only reason I can think of is if you’re making lots of code changes to a page (example; theme styles, colours, font styling, stacks, code snippets) it can be harder to see those changes after publishing. You may have to go into your browser developer tools to keep flushing the cache. Especially Safari and Chrome.
