Hi there
This is a call for a dedicated audio player that will allow multiple files to be played. Imagine a choir wanting to play rehearsal resources that change each week.
At the moment in Classic, I use Will Woodgate’s ”Playlister stack” which is great. Something along those lines would be a great addition to Elements.
Cheers
John
No problem and remember you can use the search above and if any topics have come up you get a list, if not Discobot will give you an Ai summary or just ask @elementsbot for help too. A lot has changed since your last post 11 months ago! Have a great weekend.
You’ve already got great advice from @PMUK about upvoting the Audio Player request on the Roadmap—adding your voice there really does help the team prioritise new components.
In the meantime, if you need a simple audio solution right now in Elements, you can use the built-in HTML Component to embed basic HTML5 <audio> players for each file. It’s not as advanced as “Playlister” from Classic, but it gets you up and running with audio playback for multiple tracks (handy for weekly choir resources!).
If you want step-by-step help or a code snippet, just let me know what you need—@elementsbot is always happy to help you get the most out of Elements.
And don’t forget: with Elements’ modern architecture and regular, transparent updates, major new features like custom audio players can show up a lot faster than in most other platforms! That’s the Power of Elements.
