Can anyone recommend a beautiful, impressive, single-page scrolling theme for an annual report project?

Hi everyone.

I need to put together a quick demo of an annual report for a client before they give me the ok on the project. They provided two links of annual reports they liked and I’d like to do something along the same lines. I have the Euphonic theme from BLT, but do any of you have any recommendations for other themes that might make my job easier? I’ve been searching half the day but I’d rather hear from those of you who have actual experience with these kinds of themes.
