Setting up a new project. File->New Projects, double click on the project name, make changes or no changes, cannot close the window. There is no window X nor does the close button work.
What am I missing?

Can’t see to reproduce the issue here. If you restart Elements do you still see the same issue with the project?
Restart did it.
