Can't upload project

I upload to Fetch. I use the same publishing settings in RW as I do in the Fetch app and the Fetch app works fine.

I tested the pub settings and it was successful.

I tried to upload a screenshot of the alert I get from RW but it says I can’t “embed media items.”

The RW alert says: Couldn’t connect to server.

Any advice or ideas welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

I just tried again and it worked! Is it possible that testing the pub settings fixed whatever the problem was?

Hi @bookmanjb,

Sometimes it’s just a hiccup on the server side. And some ISPs only allow a certain number of simultaneous connections, which can give the same error.

If the problem returns, please chime in again.
