Copy project and save as for a different website

Is it possible to copy an existing project then save it with a different name and publish accordingly? I know I’d have to change the site settings and redo page descriptions, etc but that would easier and quicker than create a new project from scratch?

Help, please.

And the content too, presumably? Just open the project you want to use, choose File, Save As and give it a different name.
