Create External, doesn't show in Library for other Projects

Hi,

RW 8.3 (8.4 & 8.4.1 hang on Preview), Stacks 4.0.3

I created an External, for use across all Projects. It’s there in the Library of the Project I created it in, but when I open any other Project, it’s not in the Library.

Am I doing something silly?

Restart RapidWeaver. It’s a known issue.
