I’ve been following this and having the RW FTP publish client fail since November too. I’m using RW8.7. I checked Resources and didn’t see anything odd or shouldn’t be there. Really frustrated with this problem of not being able to publish inside RW

Please don’t reply to multiple posts with the same issue. It doesn’t get you an answer any quicker, and just clutters things up for everyone trying to help.
Since publishing problems often give very generic error messages, it’s doubtful that you are experiencing the same issues as the original posters were, especially when some of these publishing posts are years old.
This particular post was another double poster where the details that resolved @kishaman1 problem are on another post. Another reason not to do multiple posts.
Now if you’re looking for help with your problem then I’d suggest that you start a new topic and give as much details as you can including:
- name of the hosting company
- screenshot of your publishing settings
- what happens when you hit the test button
- what happens (screenshots) of error messages including hitting the information button
