Eventual turnover RW sites to someone

I currently maintain and service 6-7 RW sites for small organizations and non-profits. Getting older with health issues looming, I don’t want to leave these clients in the lurch if I’m suddenly unable to continue.
Wondering if there is a RW savvy person in the central New Jersey area that might be interested in being that standby person
