How do I download a fresh copy?
It looks as if I have to buy a new one.
You don’t need to buy it again.
Personally I would delete Elements.app from my application folder and then download the file again. You will need the same credentials that you had before. Just go back to the original purchase email.
Before you do that though you may want to search the forum, ask the robot or start a new thread so someone from Realmac sees it. I certainly cannot understand why you cannot get the fonts working or why you are having menu problems.
