FYI: I just upgraded an iPad to iOS 12 and using Safari on that, now sends the form (without attachment needed)…

@zeebe hi there, have just tried Safari 12 on laptop, and yes it now works as expected… so it definitely must have been something in the last build of Safari v11 that was causing issues… now everyone just needs to upgrade and I won’t have a problem !

Yeah, hopefully they have turned on automatic updates (is that a thing on the desktop??)
