I’m finding locking the thread 6 days after the last post pretty annoying. There are some great threads out there and if you go on holiday for a week hoping to respond to a previous post, you come back and find it locked. This then means opening another thread on the same issue and spreading the information between numerous threads.
Could you please consider a 30 day lock threshold, or allow users to unlock a thread?
