Is there a way to lock a banner above Topbar?
I don’t really get the problem. If you add the top bar below e.g. an impact stack and leave it set too static, it should not move above the banner.

What I want is to have the banner and menu remain on the screen while the rest of the page scrolls.
You can use the PIN stack from BWD to fix them on top of the page!
