Go directly to a Tab from Tabs with a http link

I would like to get to one of 6 tabs with a fixed https link - for example to the 2nd tab

With the Stack Anchor it does not work

and with
~ttps://mitzva.de/lebenslinien/lebenslinien_2024/index.html#stacks_in_929

It doesn’t work either

I have written the link here specially with a ~ so that you can see the link.

How can I realise this?
