Help for Clear app on Mac

I cannot seem to find the Help Guide for the Clear app. I use it on my iPhone and iPad. It’s amazing! Now, I’m trying to use it more on my Mac, and would like a little bit of tips and tricks.

I can’t seem to find any information at all on the Realmac website. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place?
