How can you make a video parallax (SOLVED)

I’m seraching how to make a video parallax like this site:

That video is not parallax. It’s just fixed to the background. You can do that easily with Eclipse.

You could also use Sections Pro with a fixed background image. The content will determine the height so you’ll need some top and bottom padding also. https://www.bigwhiteduck.com/stacks/sectionspro/
