I’m not at my Mac right now if I remember both this and your other post aren’t “built in” options in the Engineer Theme but should be able to be done with some custom CSS.
It’s always best to provide a URL to a at least a test page when you ask for help with things like these. It helps the people trying to help you out, otherwise they have to recreate your environment.
