Can anyone point me to a good tutorial about prepping / including video on Rapidweaver sites? The sites I’ve created previously didn’t include video (or linked to it externally). I can edit in FCP and other programs, and export in various formats, but I’m not sure about the things I need to do to make a video clip web-ready, optimized for fast loading, etc. so that I can embed it in my site.

Placing video in Rapidweaver couldn’t be easier in most cases, you can just review the different stacks for how they work and what you need.
Optimizing video? Honestly that is easier than ever but it is trial and error IMO again as to what will work for you.
Just visit various developers and see what is offered.
