Integrity shows "empty quotes"

I’m using Integrity to check for bad links, etc on my site.

Can anyone help me figure this out? How do I find the error and fix it?
thanks

It could be that you have some empty links in your page like this:

<a href=""></a>

This might not be code you have added. It might be something coming into the page as part of a stack or another script.

Will-
Happy Holidays… I have been trying to figure this out and I see 3 instances of this on each page.
I was thinking it might be the code you gave me from my newsletter pop up stack: There are 2 “” next to each other in 3 places, and it’s in a partial I now use instead of PlusKit?
thx

<input type="email" value="" name="EMAIL" class="required email" id="mce-EMAIL">

<input type="text" value="" name="FNAME" class="" id="mce-FNAME">

<input type="text" value="" name="LNAME" class="" id="mce-LNAME">

it appears in the buttonmaker stack for your newletter:

ahhh… thanks @teefers . So @willwood … That is supposed to link to the fancy viewer pop up for my newsletter. What should I have in that link area then?

Click ‘set link’ and just try setting the URL to #

thanks, @willwood :slight_smile:

Well, it still shows up as an error, but does it hurt me?

It’s just complaining that the link is empty. There isn’t actually anything wrong or broken. Nothing that would harm your page or SEO. You could try changing the link to something like #null if you wanted to.

thanks, Will. As you know, I am trying to get my website as error free and clean as possible :slight_smile: I’ll try that as well… if not a big deal, then ok :slight_smile:

Hi Lisa, lets me know when your website is finished… would like to have a look.

Cheers

It’s pretty much finished… Just adding things here and there as I have time in between work.

If you want to get to the store, I have a temp user and password set up:

Would love to hear opinions, etc.

thanks, Lisa

… still need to look in detail nevertheless had just a quick look. My first impression ‘wow!’ looks really great, probably will have some questions related if you don’t mind (stacks, theme etc that you have used). Get back to you after the holidays. Great work!!
