Is it possible to have page-specific Web Clip icons?

With a much older version of RW (v5), I used to manually code in a little CSS specific to a page, to give it its own custom Web Clip icon.

I upgraded yesterday to RW v7, and in Settings:General, uploaded a site-wide Web Clip and discovered that it supercedes the old page-specific icon.

Any easy way to have page-specific Web Clips?
