@dan Yes, for editing text to have a slight padding/margin so we can work better with the text would be very much welcome. It is a struggle to edit text at the beginning. Any solution would be a great help here ![]()
Is there a direct link to Microblog? It’s not showing up in our marketplace ![]()
I have already acquired but now the marketplace is reporting error see video
It’s not in the “Marketplace,” it’s free in the just established “Store.” Open Elements, Click on the little store icon next to the mask/brush icon in the top area, look for Microblog.
I only get a receipt with no business information. It would be great and invoice, it’s almost a must have to justify the payment for a business.
Thank you.
Excellent, thanks…
@handshaper This error is often caused by an issue with your network connection. Sometimes just restarting Elements and re-opening the store will resolve the issue.
It’s worth checking whether you have anything installed that filters or blocks traffic, tools like Little Snitch, Radio Silence, or certain antivirus packages can quietly block app requests and cause odd behaviour like this.
If you’re running any of those, try temporarily disabling them or adding Elements to the allow list. You should also ensure the network allows outbound (and possibly inbound) traffic to/from the following domains:
.amazonaws.com
.amplifyapp.com
.elementsapp.cloud
If you’ve experienced a network interruption, or are still having issues connecting to the store, please restart Elements and try again.
Let me know how you get on.
Yes, I did try a restart and I specifically turned off NetBarrier in case that was blocking the connection, but nothing seemed to work. I’ll keep trying.
The fact you’re running NetBarrier, is enough to make me think that is your issue
These pesky networks blockers are often more trouble than they are worth…
A quick bit of googling tells me that even when you “switch off NetBarrier” the network blocking can still be active. It sounds like this is a known NetBarrier issue ![]()
I specifically whitelisted the sites you mentioned to no avail. I’ll try quitting NetBarrier to see if that makes a difference.
Tried to download also get error message tried 5 different times- complete computer restart - not working for me either….
I have no blockers I did acquire and can use but now I go back to store I get the message cant access store now
Thanks, we’re looking into this now, it seems like it might be an issue on the Store. Stay tuned for an update on this.
@upssjw @MichaelDroste @handshaper We’ve just pushed out a “hot-fix”. Can you check for updates and download Elements 1.5.5? This should fix the issue for you ![]()
That fixed it for me.
Fixed it for me too:) thanx ![]()
Phew, glad to hear it ![]()
