Is this going to happen before the sale ends today?
There will hopefully be a new build later that will let you see previews of what the resource pack contains

I installed a couple of themes (portfolio, artist) and some pack (vol 1) but they don’t appear on the New->Choose project screen or the resources panel.
Rebooting or logging out and in again didnt solve the issue.
Can we force the installation again? (no antivirus or firewall installed)
That’s very strange, can you show the Installed section on the store, so we can check they are showing up as installed:
Also, can you make sure you’re running the latest version of Elements (v1.5.5).
With the 1.5.6 the install buttons appeared.
Can you go into the Store and use the “Install” button there, that should work for you…
