Iubenda Snippet - GDPR - Reveal Box VS. URL

Hello everybody,

I just generated a GDPR-Privacy Policy for my website with Ubenda and they give me a Code-Snippet to integrate in my website, as well as a URL if want it to open it on a separate page.

As you can see in my site I have the link to the Privacy Policy page now (I have used their URL link), but what I’d like to do is to have it as a Reveal Light Box (using the Code Snippet).

I am not keen on the URL that they gave me, and I think the Reveal Box give it more a stylish and modern look.

When I inserted the snippet on the Code-Body inside RW settings you can see that the link is actually under the footer.

Is there any specific way I need to insert the code in the “Body” inside RW in order to to implement my own “Privacy Policy” link with the pop-up box (Reveal) within my footer?

Any help with this is highly appreciated.

Ciao Adriano. Se non ho capito male tu vorresti che se viene cliccato il link della privacy policy, il contenuto si apra in una lightbox ma non in una pagina separata. Benissimo, allora ti dico che con Iubenda lo puoi fare tranquillamente prelevando NON il link come hai fatto tu ma invece devi prendere il codice completo e inserirlo dentro al stack html (quello blu col simbolo delle <> per capirci) e così ti apparirà un pulsante Privacy Policy che sul sito Iubenda puoi decidere se con sfondo scuro, chiaro o trasparente. Ti allego un esempio che ho fatto io su un mio sito.
