I did a website for my friend who owns a martial ares school. And he is going to be reopening (hopefully soon) and i want to ho an eye caching box that has flashing lights that blink that looks like light bulbs and gives the feel of a movie/broadway show/marquee sign. is there one?

Not the answer you are looking for but my suggestion is to find or make a gif and use that as the background with another stack which allows that

Not that I’m aware of. The alternative is to try and find a GIF as @curiouschuck suggests or maybe do something with Tumult Hype?
