After the latest update, this component suddenly stopped working. Why am I now being redirected to the shop, even though the component was already part of the existing project? Please let me know how I can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Is the component there? This happened to me - my account went ‘offline’
Go to your account and re-register - they send the code through email - click and reverify
Then all my plugins came back and all of my purchases

I have no idea where this component comes from. As far as I know, it was previously available in Elements as a basic component.
Looking at the com.acmecorp.scrolltotop makes me think it might have been a custom component you copied rater than downloaded from the store?
