Newbie: Drop-down menu gets hidden

Hi and good day,

On my smartphone the Drop-down menu gets (mostly) hidden behind the banner, meaning the navbar doesn’t expand beyond its default size.

With a sticky navbar this works alright.

Q:
Do I always have to use the ‘sticky navbar’ to make this work?

Can I elevate the z-index for the navbar somehow?

Impossible to answer without a url or at the very least knowing he theme used.

Hi Scott,

What I’m obviously not allowed is I had inside the Nav-bar stack also a container with a header.

This worked with the ‘sticky navbar’ only, but not with the un-‘sticky navbar’ .

So far so good.
