Hi folks. Is it possible to optimise a site for mobile devices and/or create a separate mobile version of a site?.

Most sites now are responsive and adjust to look good on all devices. Such sites are in many ways easier to make and amend than trying to maintain two sites. Numerous stacks, frameworks and themes exists to make building them fairly easy.

Although responsive sites are usually the approach most website designers are using today, you can choose to go with the two site approach.
A stack like mobilize can make that happen.
The separate mobile version approach that was the original way of dealing with mobile devices back when mobile devices first came to be.
Then the “responsive” design approach was developed allowing you to use the same site for every screen size.
