Pictures missing

I am using Panoramic by Will Woodgate with RW8.
When I load pictures onto a styled text page some ogf them vanish from the editing screen but are there on the viewing page. All I see is a big grey rectangle which is the same size as the picture. It publishes ok but it’s puzzling that I can’t see some pictures when I try to update a page.

Any ideas??
