Redirect to new URL with a different Port

Is there a way in Rapid Weaver to have a hidden web page that if someone knew would redirect to a different URL with a new port

i.e.
you use a browser to go to www.myurl.com/newport (this is the name of the sub folder with index.html web page whose port number is typically 80) and that hidden web page redirects to mynewurl:newportnumber

Are there better ways to do this?
