UPDATE:
I noticed that many of my resources were not linked. Stopped Elements, restarted and they were linked. Did a publish and it worked. Not sure what is gong on here.

I upgraded to 1.0.8 and now nothing is being published anymore. I made a small change to the home page and hit Publish and it exported the site but then didn’t upload anything.
So I tried a Publish All and again it exported the site but then didn’t upload anything.
I marked the home page as Changed and still no publishing.
I marked a few files as changed and same again.
No joy
Looking in the Support Log I see, amongst other stuff,
2025-07-23 17:48:28.544 Elements[27054:952805] Starting Project Save to file:///Volumes/4TB-PRO-BLADE/RapidWeaverClassicProjects/new_russ-hore_website.elements/
2025-07-23 17:48:29.319 Elements[27054:952805] Finished Project Save error:(null)
2025-07-23 17:48:29.553 Elements[27054:953904] This application is modifying the autolayout engine from a background thread after the engine was accessed from the main thread. This can lead to engine corruption and weird crashes.
Stack:(
Sorry but still didn’t publish. Here is the log. I started RE, saved the log, went to Publish, it didn’t, then I saved the log again. I added a comment to the file where I did the Publish 2RapidWeaver Logs (2025-07-25) (07-04-09).txt (3.3 KB)
Just a thought - when you quite elements, then move the elements project to the internal disk of your computer and then open it from there, can you then publish?
Glad to hear you can publish again. Publishing from an external disk should work just fine, I wonder if there is a permissions/store issue on the Disk. There’s certainly something your Mac doesn’t like about it.
Just to clarify the issue so we can look into it:
If you store the project on an external disk it won’t publish.
However, when you move it to the internal disk on your Mac, it publishes just fine.
That ‘was’ correct :(.,But I just copied the project to all of my external hard drives to test and they all seem to now publish from them.
I will move it back to where I was having problems and see how it goes.
All storage is APFS and fairly new drives.
