I am not sure if this is me being a bit dim and not knowing how this section works or if this is a bug.
When using the prebuilt Footer Section, the Choose Link button does not seem to do anything and I can’t see where to put the link.
It’s not you, it’s us! 
The Footer isn’t finished, and actually needs to be redone completely. Hang tight, we should have an update in the next couple of betas!
