Stack for video background?

Hi!
Can someone suggest a stack that would make it possible to use video (mp4) as a background for a certain area, and not for the entire page? And that you can insert other stacks (text, pictures) into this stack.

Or how add a video as a background for one container?

Sections Pro or Impact would do what you need. There’s also the Play stack from Doobox
