After the latest update, RW Classic 9.4, is there an issue with stacks being installed?

I have the same problem installing Theme updates and stacks. So a fix would be very welcome.

@dan you can also take a look at the resource upload, there could also be an bug.

since the update (9.4), when I click on ‘Add file’, entire folders are uploaded even though I have not actively selected.
