Tengo problemas para subir y actualizar mi sitio Web, además se me suben todos los archivos como si recién creara la página. Por ultimo no me deja subir como notan en la captura

Si. Está bien porque cuando subo por Cyberduck me sube, pero es tedioso. Además cuando voy a actualizar se me suben los 4000 y mas archivos. Creo es problema de Rapidweaver
El problema mayor es es este es un medio de comunicación que debe estar actualizado por lo menos una vez al dia como mínimo! Si sabes como hacer que funciones me dices o voy a tener que buscar una opción similar a RapidWeaver pero me toca subir todos los archivos y Pedir el reembolso.
Can you try reducing the connections in RapidWeaver’s publishing settings like below?
Also make sure you’ve entered your FTP details from your web host correctly in RapidWeaver. Have a look at that and go through the recommendations to see if anything there fixes the problem.
Regarding your comment about RapidWeaver publishing every page on every publish, make sure this setting is selected in your settings.

Yes enabling the Dynamic PHP sidebar will change your blog page extension from .html to .php
It should be fine, you can always revert the change if anything unexpected happens.
In the screenshot the error message says:
Upload failed (at start/before it took off).
This could indicate a few things:
- The FTP connection details you are entering in RapidWeaver are not correct.
- Your web hosting provider has blocked your IP address from connecting to the server.
- You have some local network issue blocking the connection.
A few things to try to fix it:
- Make sure you are entering your FTP connection details exactly as your web hosting provider has indicated. Doublecheck for any errors in the details you are entering into RapidWeaver.
- Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to check if your IP address is blocked on the server. You can check your IP address at https://whatismyipaddress.com
- If you are having troubles connection from your home network, try disconnection and then connecting your Mac from your mobile phone 4G/5G network instead. Once connected see if you can connect/upload via that mobile phone connection.
