In the screenshot the error message says:
Upload failed (at start/before it took off).
This could indicate a few things:
- The FTP connection details you are entering in RapidWeaver are not correct.
- Your web hosting provider has blocked your IP address from connecting to the server.
- You have some local network issue blocking the connection.
A few things to try to fix it:
- Make sure you are entering your FTP connection details exactly as your web hosting provider has indicated. Doublecheck for any errors in the details you are entering into RapidWeaver.
- Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to check if your IP address is blocked on the server. You can check your IP address at https://whatismyipaddress.com
- If you are having troubles connection from your home network, try disconnection and then connecting your Mac from your mobile phone 4G/5G network instead. Once connected see if you can connect/upload via that mobile phone connection.
