I am probably one of the ‘lurkers’; my question is about upgrading to RapidWeaver 8. I have attempted to post this question previously, with no response received.
I purchased my original RW in Dec.15, 2009 (Lic #: RW3SN-XX1N-CAGL-GS6X-VOVE-L9Q1) and again with RW 5 in Jan. 15, 2014 (Lic #: drastic-wallaby-24916211). In both instances, apparently no record could be found for my purchases.
During the interim, I suffered five strokes and am struggling to regain most of my skills, including upgrading to RW 8.
However, I would like to insure that I am able to upgrade to the current version, and receive some recognition of my prior purchases, if at all possible?
Would someone be kind enough to assist and answer my inquiry?
