Windows equivalent of RapidWeaver?

I really love RapidWeaver (the little I have used it). It saved my day this week, making it possible to do a job for a customer in very short time (including learning to use RW).

In one of the organizations that I work in as a volunteer, the person in charge of the web site only has Windows, and I would like to find a similar appliction for him to work with.

Any suggestions?

It’s not really similar in that it’s WYSIWYG but I’d recommend taking a look at Xara Web Designer.

Alternatively, Serif Web Publisher isn’t bad either.
