Anchor ID being stripped

I definitely think there’s been a bug introduced with “links”.
I’m not at a Mac now so I can’t confirm this, but I think it’s related to this post from Joe (@joemart1951):

This is not an issue with the link not opening in a new window…it is that there is no attribute add…i.e. rel=external. On all new links…if you want this to work, you have to manually add the item…checking the box does nothing. p.s. After looking at the code…RW is not putting in target="_blank" instead of rel=“external”…but still not working…Help!
