Animated Background

Hello,

I would like to create an animated background. Best would be to put three or more png-images in the background and they are moved randomly. I also should be able to control the time of the movement.

Should look a little bit like this:

Perhaps there is a stack I could use witz Elixir Foundry or Rapidweaver Foundation, otherwise an easy to use code would also be fine.

and play with the settings to see what you can create, does not work with pngs though

You could create something similar with SVGs and the Keyshape app or the free macSVG.
