Browser preview not matching RW preview

Again with apologies if this is obvious, but why should my previewed or published site be scaling up relative to previewing within RapidWeaver. I get that this is meant to be responsive, but if my RW window and my browser window are the same size shouldn’t my layout look the same?

I always have that same issue. Different sizes in text and also spacing. Would love to hear an explanation.

On which zoom size is Safari browser window set?

Always at 100%/actual size for me.
