Can I rotate video from portrait to horizontal?

I have a video I want to add to my site.

It was shot on iphone in portrait style, but I’d like it horizontal …(the subject is a bee in a garden so will look fine if cropped or turned 90 degrees.)
Does anyopne know how I can force the frame into horizontal?

One solution - If you’re using Rapidweaver you’re on a Mac so use use iMovie to rotate (and enlarge / crop) the video then save as a normal video.
