Can't change header size ~! Not sure what I have done wrong

Somehow I have got lost along the way and dont know which is controlling the giant post headers . Need to change asap! Esp on iphone.Here

Any chance you placed custom CSS on the page targeting the post class name?

.post h3 is set to 3rem which is pretty sizable.
I would think that setting would be in foundry but Not sure as I don’t have it.
