It displays as a link instead of the button. Any suggestions?

It looks like you’ve inserted some custom CSS into the custom javascript field, as you can see here:
Also you’ve added <script> tags to your script you’ve inserted into the javascript field. RW will add the <script> tags itself, so be sure to remove those from your code.
