Cartloom 4 does not install

I downloaded the Cartloom 4 stack from their site. I clicked in it to install it and it looked like it installed properly since I got the installed message. However, it does not show up in RW 755. I checked the library and the add on area and cartloom 4 is not there.

Is there another way to install cartloom 4?

Or is there a better, more reliable e-commerce solution?

If RapidWeaver 7.5.5 is running:
Drag the stacks onto the RapidWeaver icon on the dock.
